"Since  1999, Frank Colvario has provided a variety of accounting related  services for the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA).   Frank has extensive accounting experience especially in the area of  municipal accounting practices.  During our years working with Frank he  has assisted us in a variety of roles including forensic accounting,  helping us establish economic damages in the context of third party  claims, validation of losses in the first party context and most  recently, assisting us in understanding and developing loss response  protocols for catastrophic property losses where careful coordination of  benefits with FEMA is required.  We view this ability to assist members  in gathering and documenting all aspects of loss as a key part of our  overall Catastrophe Response Program.
