The following comments from Superintendents, former CPI associates and managing directors all indicate various opinions of CPI accomplishments:
- During the late spring, into the summer and ending in the fall, CPI became the interim Treasurer and active lead consultant in a Worcester area regional school district of almost 2,000 students.
- With three active and certified business administrators, a review of the district’s student activities accounts was completed. The products of this review were presented in a regularly scheduled school committee meeting. It was at this meeting that the committee voted unanimously to refer all to a private investigator.
- Eventually these same business officials reviewed the work activities of the business office staff and generated a formal draft report which resulted in developing job descriptions for five (5) financial positions which the district tailored to meet their needs.
- This five-month assignment was intense with many detours resulting from problematic communications within the district.
- Using less than one day on site, CPI assisted a recently appointed business official to deal with a long-term absence (payroll) of a staff member and completion of an end-of-year financial and statistical report.
- For the thirteenth successive year, Frank Colvario provided advisory services to the owner and staff of statewide and regional insurance consultants and brokerage.
- With two former clients, one in MA and one in VT, Frank continued to provide the opportunity for the clients to talk through various circumstances that affected the superintendency and/or district.
