As a collaborative member and as the GLEC Chairperson (2010-2011), I fully understood and appreciated what Frank Colvario could bring to a Massachusetts organization, especially a collaborative. In the late spring and early summer, the GLEC board contracted with Frank: soon, in an extremely efficient manner, Frank provided the board with a very thorough analysis as to the status of our organization. Frank helped not only me as well as the entire board of directors but also the existing management and administrative staff.

In 2011, our Billerica School district believed we were running a deficit; obviously, as superintendent I found this occurrence to be troubling. Eventually, I called Frank to assist our team. During several productive meetings, Frank created an atmosphere where transparency of our financial management system was dramatically improved and efficiently functioning. Not only was our perceived and actual deficit in many accounts reduced or eliminated but also, more importantly, Frank brought confidence.

From time to time MIIA (Massachusetts Inter-local Insurance Association) calls on Frank Colvario to assist us with submitted claims, often dealing with fraud or embezzlement. As a result of incredibly bad weather, this past year (2011) Frank assisted us and our member towns with a few of our loss of income claims. Frank was again able to complete this work in a short time with very satisfactory settlements.

In the summer of 2011 Mr. Frank Colvario, founder of Consulting Partners, Inc (CPI) was asked to conduct academic assessments of the middle and high schools for the Franklin (NH) Public Schools. With five highly credentialed, experienced and successful practitioners, assessments of our two schools’ literacy, math and special education curriculum and assessments occurred. The methodologies that CPI used included review of documents, research and analyses of related data, two surveys, personal interviews (over 70), numerous visits to the schools, and several planned formal and informal discussions with me. CPI’s meetings with faculty and administration were conducted following superb planning and execution. The final product was beyond expectations with attention to data collection, interview results, and suggestions for improvement from the classroom to the central office.
In summary, all aspects of Consulting Partners, Inc’s work exceeded my expectations.
