CPI Client Comments

During the winter and spring of 2019, Frank Colvario and several of his CPI associates worked on several projects at Northeast Vocational Technical High School (NVTHS). During each of these projects, with Frank Colvario constantly supervising, experienced school staff from other districts worked with our NVTHS staff. In each case, details and documents were obtained, which then were developed into draft and final reports.

The focus of the CPI work included reviews and reports for the following:

Food Service

Business Office Operations

Payroll

Adult Education

For each of the above functions or departments, excellent findings were included in the final report. Those reports then became the basis for recommendations. All of the reports were preceded by well developed drafts and discussed before submittal of

final reports.

In 2019, CPI’s consultants worked with Lynn business office staff as well as selected elementary principals. Their work was a focused review of each school’s student activity accounts in their respective schools.

At the conclusion of the work, a draft and final report were generated. Both the draft and final report were submitted to the Lynn’s School Administration.

In 2018 and 2019 Frank has assisted me and the city/town of Agawam with the following.

In 2018 Frank assisted our municipal with a review of our golf operations as well as our financial business during the last several years. The results of Frank’s and CPI’s efforts allowed Agawam to recruit and hire a superior golf professional to supervise our golf operations and assist our many members.

In 2019, we also asked Frank and three of his CPI associates to assist the city/town of Agawam’s Fire Department. With two fire chiefs and one captain, CPI was able to work with staff and supervisors of the Fire Department. CPI developed a draft report. Most important of all, this draft report included findings and recommendations.

In 2002 Frank Colvario began his work at Mosse and Mosse.  From my perspective, first as Vice  President and now as President & Chief Operating Officer, Frank is an outstanding asset for Mosse and Mosse.  Frank’s relationship with me and other Mosse and Mosse staff and clients has been noteworthy.

Frank’s help has also extended to school districts in New Hampshire and Vermont. Finally Frank’s attendance at statewide and national conferences has been noteworthy. Significant signature events, especially at the annual summer superintendents’ conference, have reinforced excellent client relationships as well as initiating positive dealings with prospective school and municipal clients.

In summary, since August of 2002 when we first started working with one another. Frank has provided there have been many positive occurrences for Mosse and Mosse and many of our clients.
